No Fresh UTME Examination For Candidates – JAMB Says

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has on Wednesday 30th June, 2021, announced that the examination body isn’t going to conduct another examination for any category of students on July 3rd. ayokinews.com reports

This was made known by the Head of Media and Protocol (JAMB), Dr. Fabian Benjamin, while talking to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos.

“No examination has been fixed for any category of candidates.

“The attention of the board was drawn to a Twitter message credited to it that it had fixed another examination for candidates who scored lower than 170 in its examination and should come for a re-sit on July 3,’’ he said. (NAN)

Benjamin further added that all results of students who sat for the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) have been released. He also stated that the July 3rd resit which is being peddled in some quarters isn’t true and should be considered as a false information.
