Recall that the Special adviser on media, publicity to the President, Mr. Femi Adesina, earlier claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari would sign the law shortly.
The revised date was disclosed to Channels Television by a source close to the presidency, who had previously stated that the President will sign the law on Wednesday.

According to the source, the revised date will be honored by the President.
This comes as President Buhari chairs a meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) at the State House in Abuja.
