The Office of the President, West Africa Youth Council, Conseil Des Jeunes D’Afrique De L’iquest, Cape Verde, has officially appointed Nigerian programmer and media strategist, Fashina Olaoluwa Damilare, as a West African (ECOWAS) Youth ambassador.
The appointment is in testament to the dedicated works of Fashina Olaoluwa, now (Amb. Fashina Olaoluwa), in the area of promoting peace and entrepreneurship, among the teeming African youths.
The letter of appointment which was dated 22nd December, 2022, was accompanied with the necessary documents attached to the diplomatic mission, including a diplomatic ECOWAS ID card, ECOWAS Certificate, Appointment Letter and a specialized automobile plate number to foster ease of the Ambassador’s movements across the ECOWAS (West African) region.
Amb. Fashina Olaoluwa kick started his corporate journey with Emmakulate (2014), a technology and robotics company, which also specializes in discovering developing talents in the tech space.
He later proceeded to working with top Nigerian reputable corporations, such as PluglinkNG, Ayoki News and Funmi Ayinke Nig Ltd.
Giving a boost to his rich profile is his working experience with some prominent and important figures across Nigeria such as Hon. Oyebiyi Ladapo, Prof. Oluwatoyin Ogundipe (the 12th Vice-Chancellor of the University of Lagos, UNILAG), Funmi Ayinke and the political ‘Cityboy’ campaign team of the All Progressives Congress (APC) 2023 presidential aspirant, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whom he currently serves as a campaign media strategist.
Fashina Olaoluwa currently seats as the Secretary of Ignite Initiative, a non-governmental organization which specializes in empowering young people with lofty and entrepreneurial ideas, by providing a veritable platform to actualize and turn their ideas to reality.
