The All Progressives Congress’ (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, made a statement after arriving in Nigeria from the United Kingdom (UK).
The former governor of Lagos State returned home after 12 days in London.
Due to Tinubu’s extended absence, concerns regarding his location and health surfaced.
Upon his return to the country, Tinubu told Nigerians in Abuja, that their virtually lost hope had returned.
Asserting that he is “back actively,” Tinubu encouraged Nigerians to show patriotism and desist from disparaging (bad mouthing) their country.
“The trip was very good. I enjoyed my break and I am happy to be back in my fatherland. Nigerians should expect a very intelligent ability to think and perform,” Tinubu said.
“Nigerians should expect that the help they need is here.
“The hope that is almost dithering is back. I am back actively,” he declared.
