Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reassured Nigerians in his bid to transform the country’s ailing economy.
Tinubu gave his assurance while meeting with members of the Tinubu Support Organisation (TSO), who paid a solidarity visit to the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
This was made known in a statement signed and released by Chief Frank Ebere-Njoku, the National Spokesperson of the group on Monday, NAN reports.
Addressing the group, President Tinubu thanked and appreciated the TSO for standing on his democratic mandate, stressing that Nigeria was already on the right path of recovery.
The president also reiterated his utmost belief and confidence in his cabinet to rescue the country from the current dire economic situation.
“I have at this point, assembled ministers to work toward achieving my goal of a progressive Nigeria.
“I am sure that they are capable of delivering on their primary assignment of rebuilding the Nigerian economy because I will remove anyone who fails because I want results,” he said.
He further pledged to run an all-inclusive government which cuts across party lines.
“I will always reward loyalty, excellence, and hard work,” he said.
