What To Expect From 2023 Presidential Candidates Based On Their Zodiac Signs
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

The Nigerian 2023 presidential election is drawing closer. Amongst all the numerous candidates vying for the lofty position, three stands out; Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu from APC, Peter Obi from Labour Party, and ex-Vice President Atiku Abubakar from PDP. The duo are the leading contestants in the 2023 presidential race.

Undoubtedly, it takes a combination of great characters to make a great president. These three men vying for the president’s office have different qualities that make them unique. But aside from the evident attributes, what do their zodiac signs reveal about them? Let’s look at each of these leaders one after the other.

Atiku Abubakar (Sagittarius ♐)

The former vice president was born on the 25th of November 1946, falling under the category of Sagittarius, the fire sign. Energy, motivation, and inspiration are the three core values of fire signs.

However, people with this sign often promise more than they deliver. For example, Martin Van Buren, a former president of the United States, was known to be energetic and enthusiastic but often performed below par despite his agility. He failed to win the hearts of the citizens in the second term of his reign as he lost the 1840 election to his opponent. Atiku Abubakar has participated in every presidential contest for the past 29 years. While his grit must be commended, Nigerians will be concerned about him living up to their expectations.

Peter Obi (Cancer ♋)

Born on the 19th of July 1961, Peter Obi falls under the Cancer category. Cancers are highly intuitive and have psychic abilities. They are also willing to do whatever is necessary to protect themselves emotionally.

Cancerians are realistic, compassionate, and devoted. Nelson Mandela’s zodiac sign fell under this category, and he was known to be a unique leader with the ability to win the hearts of his followers. Notably, though, some negative traits that cancers have include oversensitivity, moodiness, and vindictiveness.

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (Aries♈)

Bola Tinubu, also known as Jagaban, was born on 29th of March 1952. Going by the Zodiac constellations, the veteran politician is an Aries. People with this zodaic sign always wants to be the first, and we can see this trait manifest in the APC flag bearer.

In comparison, former President Thomas Jefferson of the United States, who ruled between 1801 and 1809, was also an Aries, was energetic, competitive, and impulsive. If given the seat, it won’t be surprising to see a leader who dives headfirst into the most challenging situations.
