Nigeria’s diplomatic crisis with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is fast deteriorating as the latter has ordered international airlines to halt the boarding of Nigerian passengers to Dubai. ayokinews.com reports
Information gathered by Ayoki News, revealed that Ethiopian Airlines, Turkish Air and other airlines traveling to Dubai, refused Nigerians whose final destination is the UAE, entry into their planes.
Giving an excuse for their harsh actions, the airlines specifically stated that they’ve been ordered not to airlift Nigerian passport holders to the Dubai (UAE).

So far, hundreds of Nigerian travelers are now being affected with the new directive given to the international airlines.
Ethiopian Airline was also seen offloading Nigerian passengers heading to Dubai, from their planes.
“UAE says no entry for Nigerian passengers from any airline. Ethiopian just offloaded all passengers heading to Dubai. We are voiding Dubai bound tickets,” a source at Abuja Airport told newsmen.
