Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos state and National leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), has declared that his chances of clinching the party’s presidential ticket are very high. ayokinews.com reports
Tinubu made this known on Sunday, while meeting with the APC state delegates in Taraba, NAN reported.
In his words: “My chances of winning the ticket are incredibly high and I am very confident. I am sure I can and I will win it.”

Commenting on the possibility of the party picking a consensus candidate, Tinubu opined that he would prefer a democratic process in choosing who becomes the flag bearer of the APC in the 2023 presidential election.
“I want democracy; I am voting for democracy — one man, one vote,” he said.
