A primary school teacher, working with a private school in Lagos, has been remanded by Magistrate court, for defiling an eight-year-old pupil in the school toilet. ayokinews.com reports
Bisi Ogunleye, the prosecutor, told the Ogba magistrates’ court in Lagos, that the accused, Mr. Isaac Natu, had tricked the little girl into the school toilet and had s3xual intercourse with her.
Speaking to the on how Isaac, 27, was caught, Ogunleye said: “It was the school’s security guard who caught him in the act. He was apprehended and handed over to the police.”
The Magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubeinje, who raised concerns about the rising cases of underage defilement, refused to accept the accused’s plea and ordered that he be remanded, with the case adjourned until April 27.
