Aminu Tambuwal, the Governor of Sokoto State, has declared the readiness of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to take over the mantle of leadership in 2023. ayokinews.com reports
Tambuwal made this known while addressing newsmen, shortly after meeting with state Chairmen of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abuja.
Speaking on the purpose of his meeting, Governor Tambuwal stated that he considers the party state Chairmen as grassroots mobilizers, as they are more familiar and closer to the people.

He stated that the PDP remains Nigerians’ only hope in the run-up to the 2023 general elections, while appealing for unity among party members.
Tambuwal further declared that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), is ready to depose the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), in the coming 2023 general elections.
