Sporadic Shooting At Ojota Amid Yoruba Nation Agitation Rally

Yoruba Nation agitators in Ojota are currently under the heavy sporadic gunshot of the Nigerian security agencies for holding an emancipation protest in Lagos. ayokinews.com reports

The Yoruba Nation protesters were said to have gathered at the proposed location as early as 10:40am at the Gani Fawehinmi park as they were seen carrying placards with various secession inscriptions.

The police who had been on guard at the location, stood and watched the protesters or some time after which they began a sporadic shootout at the agitating protesters.

The police were also said to be using heavy pressured water pumps to disperse the Yoruba Nation protesters while some of the protesters are said to have been arrested by the security agencies.
