With less than 24 hours to go before the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary begins, Malam Salihu Moh Mustapha, a member of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) and National Vice Chairman, Northwest, has claimed that most NWC decisions have gone unimplemented because the party’s National Chairman, Sen. Abdullah Adamu, has refused to implement them. ayokinews.com reports
Salihu accused Adamu of using President Muhammadu Buhari as a shield for his failure to advance the screening of the party’s presidential candidates.

Despite the numerous issues confronting the APC, Mustapha claimed that Adamu has remained mainly unavailable, prompting him to write him a letter.
The APC presidential primary will take place in Abuja, on May 29 and 30.
