According to information reaching ayokinews.com, men of the Nigerian Police Force have allegedly used teargas to disperse the Sowore led June12 protesters who converged in the early hours of 12th June, 2021, in Gudu, Abuja.
The protesters, in the large numbers were seen carrying placards with various inscriptions written on them.
The June12 protesters who are currently under the stiff drill of the Nigerian security forces, have taken it upon themselves to demand for the betterment of Nigerians including the urgent demand for President Muhammadu Buhari’s resignation.
The heavy protest is still currently going on despite the heavy clampdown by the Nigerian security forces to disrupt the protest.
Reports also has it that the Nigerian security forces are currently making use of tear gas against peaceful June12 protesters.
