The ‘Pandora Papers’ is an investigation based on one of the biggest-ever financial documents leaks exposing a hidden world of shielded wealth belonging to hundreds of politicians and billionaire businessmen and celebrities.
The investigative report which involved 600 journalists came to light after the discovery of links to almost 1,000 companies in offshore havens and 336 high-level politicians including public officials and more than a dozen serving heads of state of government.

An interactive map of the leaked documents involves five (5) Côte d’Ivoire politicians who were helped by foreign agents to launder money suspected to have been looted from public funds.
The document also saw to the exposure of three (3) Ghanaian politicians, a revelation which has been described as “An offshore data tsunami.”
Chad, Kenya and Congo Brazzaville have two politicians each listed on the financial implicating document while Gabon has three (3) politicians on the viral financial misdemeanor list.
Angola was also listed to have nine (9) politicians on the leaked document, Zimbabwe and South Africa have two (2) politicians each while Mozambique has just one (1) politician on the list.
