The Nigerian federal government has on Friday, issued a wanted list of the 33 inmates who broke out of the Kuje Medium Security Custodial Center in Abuja.
The 33 inmates reportedly have charges connecting them to the Boko Haram terrorist sect, according to NAN.
On Tuesday night, gunmen thought to be members of Boko Haram stormed the Kuje prison facility, blasting their way inside and releasing 879 prisoners.

At least 64 inmates with terrorism-related offences were included among the prisoners who were wanted.
In addition to others, Muhammad Sani Adamu, Muktar Umar, Nambil Zakari Gambo, AbdulKareem Musa, and Abdulsalami Adamu are among those listed.
