Jackson Ude, a popular Nigerian journalist and owner of an online publication, has threatened to publish video evidence of an alleged love affair between Pere Egbi, an ex-BBNaija housemate, and Rashidat Bello, the wife of Yahaya Bello, the executive Governor of Kogi State. ayokinews.com reports
Speaking via Twitter, some few days ago, Mr. Ude revealed that Pere and Mrs. Bello are lovers.
Ude added in a now-deleted tweet that the rumor going around is that Mrs. Rashida gave Pere N5 million when they first met.
“Why is #BBNaija Pere Egbi all over the place with Kogi First Lady, Rashida Bello? Gist around Abuja says that they are lovers. Egbi and Mrs Bello are said to have been sighted severally at the Hilton Hotel Abuja. The gist is that when they first met, First Lady gifted Egbi N5 million,” he wrote.
Pere, on the other hand, responded quickly to the claim, denying it and threatening legal action against the journalist.

“For the records, the publication about me and the First Lady of Kogi State is a demonic lie and a figment of a diseased imagination of Jackson Ode and those retweeting that rubbish, they must answer me in court both in Nigeria and in the United States of America where he is based,” Pere replied.
Ude further warned Pere to remain quiet else, he would leak a video of him with the First Lady of Kogi State.
The online publisher has taken down his original tweet as top officials begged with him to do so, but he stated that he is prepared to republish if the reality star attempts to tackle him.
“Who the hell is #BBNaija Pere Egbi? They better advice him to keep quiet. If I hear or see my name on his mention again, I will release the video and damn it. I deleted earlier tweet because senior officials pleaded. But if he wants to flex muscles with me, try me!” Jackson Use tweeted.
