Emulate PDP Governors’ Projects To Tackle Insecurity, Atiku Tells FG

Former Nigerian Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has advised the federal government to emulate the projects being executed by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governors to tackle insurgency in the country. ayokinews.com reports

The former Vice President, made this known while speaking at the commissioning of the 4.2 km Gombe-Maiduguri By-pass named after him in Bauchi.

Atiku stated that the federal government should note that infrastructural projects had already become an instrument of economic empowerment in the creation of jobs for the citizens.

He commended the Bauchi state Governor, Bala Mohammed, for embarking on the execution of critical infrastructures and urged him to continue the strides in order to steer peace and good governance.

Atiku added, “You are virtually laying the pathway to the return of PDP in the state and also the country at large.”
