Chinese technology company and phone manufacturer, Huawei, has announced the end to its music service known as Huawei Music app.
Following the development, the Huawei Music app users won’t be able to stream new music online or stay updated with subscription.
The new report is now flashing as a notification on Huawei mobile phones directly from the Huawei Music app.
A notice of service termination as seen on the company’s official website huaweiblog.de reads:
Dear HUAWEI Music users,
“In recent years, we have made it our mission to provide our users with innovative apps and services. HUAWEI Music was created to provide essential music and entertainment services.
Due to recent business development, the HUAWEI Music Premium Service will be discontinued on August 31, 2023 and switched to the free music radio service. With this change, we want to focus entirely on building and expanding a sustainable technology environment for all our users.
We would like to say a big thank you to all users who have been loyal to HUAWEI Music from the very beginning. If you have any suggestions or questions about HUAWEI Music data processing, you can contact us at https://www.huawei.com via the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the HUAWEI official website.
