Ivana Trump, the first wife to former United States (US) President Donald Trump and mother of his three eldest children, has died.
Her death was confirmed to ABC News by a family source. She died at the age of 73-years-old.
Also confirming the report was former President Donald Trump, who stated that she died at her home in New York City.
Ivana Trump was Donald Trump’s first wife. Together, they had three children namely: Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric Trump.
“Our mother was an incredible woman — a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty, and caring mother and friend,” the Trump family said in a statement.

According to the FDNY, soon after 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Manhattan paramedics responding to a call for cardiac arrest discovered a 73-year-old woman in the Upper East Side apartment where Ivana Trump resided. She was declared deceased at the scene, the NYPD said.
In a statement published on the former President’s social media platform,Truth Social, Trump stated that Ivana would be remembered as a “wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life.”
“Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. She was so proud of them, as we were all so proud of her,” he wrote.
