Multi-award winning Nigerian Afro-Pop star, David Adeleke stage named ‘Davido’, has rescinded his earlier decision to purchase Canadian rapper Drake’s type of neck chain. ayokinews.com reports
Some few days back, Drake flaunted his $3,000,000 neck chain and it was exactly the same specification of neck piece Davido intended to purchase.
Taking to his official Instagram handle, the “If” crooner apologized to his followers, explaining that he would no longer be purchasing the neck chain.
According to Davido, purchasing the chain would be a bad investment on his part and he isn’t ready to make such financial splurge, adding that “i was drunk the day i said i wanted this… sorry guys.”
Reacting to the U-Turn, Nigerian celebrity blogger, Mufasa Tunde Ednut, shared a screenshot of the singer’s post on his Instagram page and some fans subtly mocked Davido saying, he lacks the capital to purchase the neck piece.
