American Billionaire AntiVirus creator, John McAfee, has been found dead in his Spanish Catalan prison cell on the 23rd of June 2021. ayokinews.com reports
The Billionaire’s shocking death comes hours after a Spanish Court approved his extradition to the United States on charges bothering on Tax related offenses.
Information gotten from El Pais revealed that the 75-year-old tech billionaire reportedly took his own life.
Mr. McAfee was arrested in October 2020 at Spain’s El Prat airport and has since been in detention. While still in detention, a search and arrest warrant was placed on Mr. McAfee by the US government.
Mr. McAfee was also charged last year in the State of Tennessee with tax evasion after failing to declare his personal income (tax returns) which was generated from cryptocurrency promotions. McAfee is said to have committed the tax crimes between 2016 and 2018 respectively.
