Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially been sworn in as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The oath of office was administered on May 29th by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Kayode Ariwoola, at exactly 10:37am.
Tinubu mounted the podium along with his wife, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu; the former President Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha Buhari, all stood side by side as the new President takes the oath of office.
Kashim Shettima, was also sworn in as the new Vice President of Nigeria.
