Nigeria veteran Nollywood comic actor, Babatunde Omidina, popularly known as ‘Baba Suwe’ has reportedly passed away. ayokinews.com reports
The celebrated actor, died on Monday 22nd November, 2021, after a long battle with a protracted illness.
Baba Suwe, dominated the Nigeria entertainment space for decades as he featured in many Nollywood movies where he acted comic roles which wowed his audience.

During his acting days, Baba Suwe bagged many awards for his impressive stage performance which gained both home and foreign recognition.
An official statement the Theatre Arts and Motion Picture Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), is expected to be released soon.
