Arnold Schwarzenegger, a Hollywood actor, has been involved in an automobile accident, as confirmed by his spokesperson. ayokinews.com reports
According to Los Angeles Police, one individual was injured in a four-vehicle incident that happened on Friday afternoon, January 21 in Los Angeles.
TMZ shared photos from the scene, which showed a huge SUV on top of at least two automobiles at a Brentwood junction, with the ‘Terminator’ star standing close.
No arrests have been made, and police have ruled out the use of narcotics and alcohol.
Officers did not name individuals involved, but the spokesperson for the actor and former California governor revealed to the Los Angeles Times that Arnold was driving the SUV at the time of the collision.
According to a police report obtained by CBS Los Angeles, said the SUV driver was “near the junction of Sunset Boulevard and Allenford Avenue, when a collision happened with a red Prius doing a u-turn as he continued past a’red arrow’ light to turn left.”
The report added that the SUV rolled over the Prius, impacting two more automobiles.
The police stated that one individual was transported to the hospital by ambulance, but the injuries are not life threatening.
Schwarzenegger was unharmed, according to his spokeswoman, and had communicated with emergency personnel and the injured person.
