The Nigerian Air Force has during an operation, killed Amir Buba Danfulani, a commander of the Islamic State’s West Africa Province (ISWAP). ayokinews.com reports
The operation was carried out by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Component of Operation Hadin Kai.
The airstrikes conducted over the Sambisa axis, killed five other key members of the Islamic terrorist group.
Others killed are, Musa Amir Jaish, Mahd Maluma, Abu-Ubaida, Abu-Hamza and Abu-Nura Umarun Leni.
Danfulani enlisted, taught, and oversaw the deployment of spies, as well as tax collectors, among the Fulanis/herders.

Tumbun Kaiyowa and Tumbun Allura were discovered by an intelligence mission as active terrorist training camps.
They were also utilized as a launch pad for missiles fired at Nigerian Army targets in Mallam Fatori, Borno.
“The aircraft dropped bombs on the targets at Tumbun Kaiyowa, rockets and cannon at Tumbun Allura. Fleeing terrorists were eliminated with fighter helicopters.”
“Similar operation was conducted at Parisu and Njimia, within Sambisa Forest, where three different aircrafts bombarded the targets”, an officer told PRNigeria.
