Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Gregory Obi, has filed a suit at the presidential election tribunal, Abuja, challenging the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) as winner of the recently concluded presidential election.
The petition marked CA/PEC/02m/2023 has Peter Obi, Labour Party, as the Plaintiff while the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) as Defendants.
Recall that INEC, the electoral umpire had declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress as the winner on Wednesday.
