The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has confirmed that 1.45 million of the registered 1,761,338 million applicants have taken the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) throughout the country. ayokinews.com reports
According to the board, several examination cities and centers have completed their allocated number of applicants for the year, and the results of sessions already finished will be provided to the appropriate candidates soon.

The board stated that 1,761,338 million people enrolled in 755 Computer Based Centres (CBCs) to write the entrance tests, which will finish on May 16.
JAMB’s weekly Bulletin further stated that the results are being issued with the condition that, after examining the CCTV videos of the examination’s conduct, any candidate’s result deemed unsatisfactory would be revoked if it has already been released or withheld if it has not yet been released.
